Studied at and graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law in Budapest in 1993. Obtained the title of Ph.D. of the university in 2003.
Professor of civil law at Eötvös Loránd University Budapest. Active contributor to a number of international research projects in Europe on private law, comparative law and law & economics. Author of numerous publications including three books (and co-author of one further book). Listed arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Budapest in 2005 as a knowledge management lawyer and is currently responsible for the same area at Oppenheim.
