  • Represented foreign and Hungarian companies active in different sectors – including one of the major European airlines – against the Hungarian public prosecutor for the validity of the general terms and conditions applied by those companies.
  • Advises one of the largest social media platforms on a regular basis on the complaints filed by Hungarian users, and represents this foreign company before Hungarian state courts in a lawsuit affecting the protection of personality rights.
  • Represented leading Austrian and German transport equipment manufacturers in an arbitration case arising from the defective performance of a train supply contract with a value EUR 10 million.
  • Advised a Russian transport equipment manufacturer on a high‑profile defective performance case initiated in Hungary with a value of EUR 19 million.
  • Represented one of the major European airlines during a liquidation related invalidity case initiated before Hungarian state court valued at EUR 6 million.
  • Acted for a Hungarian company active in the field of waste management in a commercial dispute linked to a public procurement case with a value of EUR 3.5 million.
  • Assisted a Hungarian agricultural company with multiple arbitration cases linked to sale and purchase agreements with a Ukrainian company.
  • Represented various companies active in construction, pharma and service provider sectors in litigation cases for compensation for damages caused by their previous executive officers.
