  • Lilla's main areas of practice are corporate law, including legal issues related to the incorporation and operation of companies and international M&A transactions. She works with clients from various industry sectors, such as the investment and energy sectors.

Professional Background

  • She graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the National University of Public Service, and then completed her post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Law of Pázmány Péter Catholic University. During her law studies she chose M&A transactions as her research area. During her university years she gained professional experience in the Ministry of Finance and the Prime Minister's Office. In addition, she is experienced in the international environment as a result of her time spent at the Hungarian Embassy in Brussels. In 2023 she was admitted to the Budapest Bar Association.
