  • She has significant expertise in venture capital investments, in particular in structuring, negotiating and maintaining the relating corporate law structures and internal governance mechanisms.

Professional Background

  • Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Lóránd Tudományegyetem in 2014.
  • She joined Oppenheim in 2014.
  • Member of the Budapest Bar Association since 2018.
  • Studied International Private Law and European Law in Paris between 2012 and 2013 with an Erasmus scholarship at the Université Paris Descartes (Paris V). She completed an internship at a Parisian law firm in parallel with her Erasmus studies for two semesters.
