- Lilla’s practice focuses on corporate law and acquisitions. She provides clients with full scope corporate law advice from day-to-day corporate handholding matters, through mergers, demergers, and corporate transformations to global transactions.
- Lilla provides legal advice to sellers and buyers, and both on the investors’ and the founders’ side in the course of acquisitions and investments.
- She has significant expertise in venture capital investments, in particular in structuring, negotiating and maintaining the relating corporate law structures and internal governance mechanisms.
- Lilla is familiar with both litigious and non-litigious corporate law procedures and disputes, from enforcing minority rights to representation in lawsuits aiming the annulment of corporate resolutions.

Professional Background
- Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Lóránd Tudományegyetem in 2014.
- She joined Oppenheim in 2014.
- Member of the Budapest Bar Association since 2018.
- Studied International Private Law and European Law in Paris between 2012 and 2013 with an Erasmus scholarship at the Université Paris Descartes (Paris V). She completed an internship at a Parisian law firm in parallel with her Erasmus studies for two semesters.
