  • Represented Corporación Masaveu in the sale of the “Iberostar Grand Budapest Hotel” worth approx. € 20 million.
  • Advised KKH Property Investors on the sale of Hold 16 Hotel Development Project.
  • Assisted WING with the acquisition of a development land near the Budapest Airport, as well as the acquisition of two historical buildings in downtown Budapest.
  • Acted for Skanska on the lettings of the H2Offices building.
  • Advised Codic on the HomeWork and Modiano office/residential development projects.
  • Represented Indotek in the Gellert and Sofitel development projects.
