Mark is a Founding Partner of Oppenheim and Head of our Real Estate Practice since 2007.
He has over two decades of experience in advising key players of the Hungarian real estate market and has considerable experience and expertise in handling real estate transactions across all major sectors.
He is a permanent legal consultant to a number of international real estate agencies in Budapest and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Advised Immofinanz on the sale of its Hungarian office building portfolio worth approx. € 244 million.
Assisted IAD Investments with a joint venture set up with Panattoni on the development of a logistics project in Herceghalom, Hungary.
Acted for Immofinanz on the acquisition of the CEE retail portfolio of CPI worth approx. € 324 million.
Represented Corporación Masaveu in the sale of the “Iberostar Grand Budapest Hotel” worth approx. € 20 million.
Advised KKH Property Investors on the sale of Hold 16 Hotel Development Project.
Assisted WING with the acquisition of a development land near the Budapest Airport, as well as the acquisition of two historical buildings in downtown Budapest.
Acted for Skanska on the lettings of the H2Offices building.
Advised Codic on the HomeWork and Modiano office/residential development projects.
Represented Indotek in the Gellert and Sofitel development projects.

Graduated from the Szeged University School of Law.
