Aron’s practice focuses on intellectual property with special regard to trademarks, designs, copyright, and domain names.
His clients are Hungarian and international firms protecting their intellectual property in Hungary and abroad.
Aron handles international trademark portfolios through a network of foreign counsel, and he represents foreign clients in Hungary.
He regularly acts for clients before the Hungarian and EU IP offices, Hungarian and EU courts.
Aron specialises in agriculture and food, consumer goods and retail, life sciences, media, publishing and entertainment, as well as technology and innovation.

Represented Wizz Air against Ryanair in a trademark dispute.
Defended Hungarian TV channel TV2 against Comedy Central concerning the rebranding of TV channel to TV2 Comedy.
Successfully represented against several counterfeits of energy drink Hell Energy in India with help of local counsel.
Acted for Gömböc Kft. before the Court of Justice of the European Union and Hungarian courts in the trademarkability of the shape of “GÖMBÖC”.
Represented a major German car manufacturer against importer of counterfeit motor cycles.
Acted before the Court of Justice of the European Union on several trademark matters.
