  • Represented a group of companies active in the fashion industry in the capital injunction phase, negotiations of syndicate agreements and advised them in their domestic and foreign reorganization.

  • Graduated from Eötvös Lorand Tudományegyetem in 2015.
  • Admitted to the Budapest Bar in 2018.
  • Worked for a major Central and Eastern European law firm, where he was a member of the Corporate and M&A practice group, spending a couple of months in the firm's Vienna office.
  • Graduated in 2021 with an LL.M degree in the field of Competition Law at Pázmány Péter Catholic University (Budapest).
