His clients are mainly companies active on the energy market, such as electricity generators and traders, natural gas traders, energetic consultants, as well as mining entrepreneurs and other industrial market players.
His work experience enables him to provide legal advice in further regulated industries, such as environment protection, waste management, life sciences and pharma, governments and public sector, as well as the highly regulated telecommunication sector.
David pays special attention to the turbulent legislative changes experienced in the energy sector and other regulated industries, supporting the clients with up-to-date legal advice.
In addition to the experience gained on the field of public law, in-depth knowledge of contract law is unavoidable in order to achieve optimal solutions in the course of the negotiation and drafting of industry-specific contracts (such as EPC, O&M and PPAs). Thus, David puts an emphasis on the respective fields of Civil Law.
