Zoltán is responsible for the operation of Oppenheim’s Austrian office, thus, his practice mostly centers on corporate issues and M&A, as well as matters linked to real estate and regulated industries.
His clients are typically from the sectors of agriculture and food, construction and construction materials, consumer goods and retail, infrastructure and transport, media, publishing and entertainment, as well as technology and innovation. His clients are Austrian and Hungarian, Western European and overseas companies.
Recognised for the time and attention Zoltán devotes to disputes, litigation and arbitration, insolvency law, order for payment and enforcement.

Advising and representing clients in proceedings before State courts and arbitration courts, as well as bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings.
Clients from various industries, such as a Hungarian ultra low-cost carrier, an Estinian mobility company, a company that operates as a technical testing organization in the areas of safety, efficiency and quality.

Studied at and graduated from the Faculty of Law of University Eötvös Loránd in 2008, and simultaneously studied for two semesters in Vienna, Austria at the Vienna University School of Law in 2005.
Worked in the legal departments of various international construction companies. and for a well-known law firm in Vienna.
Zoltán joined Oppenheim in 2010.
Admitted to the Budapest Bar in 2012 and to Vienna Bar in 2013.
