Congratulations to Lili Bischof, a trainee lawyer in our litigation team, for her outstanding participation in the Young European Lawyers Contest, organized by ERA. This competition brought together young lawyers from various nationalities to test their knowledge of European Union law and their litigation and negotiation skills. Lili and her team successfully completed the first round in Bucharest and advanced to the second round, held in Trier, Germany.
The second round challenged teams to engage in a negotiation over a merger contract, making for an intense and thrilling experience as they worked to secure the best possible terms. We're proud to share that Lili’s team not only participated in the negotiations but also made it to the final round!
In the final, held in the esteemed courtroom of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg, Lili’s team represented a company in a compensation claim, presenting their case before CJEU judges.
On behalf of our entire team, we’d like to thank ERA for providing this exceptional opportunity. It allowed Lili to gain invaluable experience and further develop her legal skills. We look forward to seeing the positive impact these experiences will have on her career!
