The article elaborates to what extent the adjudicating courts took the same or different positions in classifying the legal relationship subjected to the case, as well as the grounds and considerations on the basis of which the Supreme Court found, in its first decision on the classification of platform-based employment, that the food courier involved in the case was performing his activities in an employment relationship.
