Oppenheim competition partner as keynote speaker in annual Hungarian competition law forum

Gábor Fejes, the head of Oppenheim's antitrust, competition and trade practice group and the vice president of the Hungarian Competition Law Association was a keynote speaker and panel member at the annual Hungarian Competition Law Forum held in June 2017.

Gábor's speech focused on recent developments in Hungarian merger control, in particular, the application of the suspension obligation (e.g. whether an acquirer may get the title to shares in the target company or register itself into the land registry without a breach of such obligation).
