New publication on international M&A rules - Hungarian chapter by Oppenheim

Oppenheim is a proud contributor to the International Comparative Legal Guide to Mergers & Acquisitions series, which provides a broad overview of the applicable regulations in various European and overseas jurisdictions

The 2018 edition of the guide was published with the assistance of the coproate and commercial practice group of Oppenheim. The book – following the usual format in recent years - describes various national rules as regards mergers and acquisitions (including the regulatory framework, the mechanics of acquisition and the options for flexibility) in respect of 53 different legal systems.
