M&A Insights – a new blog series
Oppenheim’s M&A practice is launching a new series of blogposts on practical topics from the world of mergers and acquisitions - with a bit of Hungarian flavour... Over the next couple of months, you will be able to read brief insights into important practical implications to be taken into account when managing M&A transactions.

Topics will include the proper setting up of data rooms and conduct of due diligence, contractual mechanics for setting the purchase price, signing and closing mechanics (including conditions precedent and pre-closing undertakings), representations and warranties and indemnity undertakings as well as post-closing tasks and integration. The purpose of our new blogpost series is to provide a practical insight into the most important topics arising in connection with M&A transactions and to raise awareness of some of the legal pitfalls - especially in a Hungarian legal setting - that surely requires the parties’ and their advisors’ attention.

Our first M&A Insights blogpost will include thoughts on how to set up your data room and due diligence process either as vendor or as purchaser – stay tuned!
